• MIG-II: Up to ₹2.30 Lakh (3% interest subsidy on loan up to ₹12 Lakh)

The subsidy is credited directly to your loan account through the lending institution (bank/HFC). It is adjusted against your outstanding loan amount, thereby reducing your EMI or loan tenure. The subsidy is front-loaded at the time of loan disbursement.
